To begin with, it isn’t so much about the QSL card as it is about the whole QSL process. I was surprised to learn that some hams haven’t a clue when it comes to sending or requesting QSL confirmation of a QSO. And it doesn’t seem to matter whether it is done digitally or the traditional paper QSL card.

Today’s preacher seems to preach on subjects that put butts in seats and give their congregations warm fuzzy feelings. Meanwhile, they neglect their flock by avoiding some of the subject people need to grow closer to the Lord. People need to hear about these difficult subjects, especially when it’s a part of their daily lives. Many of these controversial subjects are stumbling points for people in a congregation, and it’s a pastor’s responsibility to teach them about them.

Preachers who avoid subjects their flock may have problems with doing them great harm, spiritually speaking. These controversial, yet important, topics were included in the Bible for a reason, and a preacher risks become nothing more than a hireling by avoiding them in their weekly sermons.

Adversity, better known as why bad things happen to good people is, is used by God to draw us into a closer relationship with Him.
Christology, a brief but interesting look at the life of Jesus. Many professing Christians discount the Old Testament because they feel Jesus isn’t mentioned there. This text alone disproves that theory.

Each Bible story is based upon a Bible verse but includes people, places, and even animals that aren't covered in the Bible as deeply as they are here. Both Old Testament and New Testament books and verses are included. Some of the stories are short and easy while others are a bit more lengthy. All of them are based on a particular verse, verses, or chapters from the Bible.
